13     LONG TITLE
14     General Description:
15          This bill extends the truck ban on Legacy Parkway and requires sunset review.
16     Highlighted Provisions:
17          This bill:
18          ▸     extends the date of the automatic repeal of the truck ban on Legacy Parkway;
19          ▸     requires review of the sunset of the Legacy Parkway truck ban; and
20          ▸     makes technical changes.
21     Money Appropriated in this Bill:
22          None
23     Other Special Clauses:
24          None

25     Utah Code Sections Affected:
26     AMENDS:
27          63I-1-272, as renumbered and amended by Laws of Utah 2008, Chapter 382
28          63I-2-272, as last amended by Laws of Utah 2017, Chapter 427

30     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
31          Section 1. Section 63I-1-272 is amended to read:
32          63I-1-272. Repeal dates, Title 72.
33          Section 72-3-113 is repealed on July 1, 2025.
34          Section 2. Section 63I-2-272 is amended to read:
35          63I-2-272. Repeal dates -- Title 72.
36          [(1) On July 1, 2018:]
37          [(a) in Subsection 72-2-108(2), the language that states "and except as provided in
38     Subsection (10)" is repealed;]
39          [(b) in Subsection 72-2-108(4)(c)(ii)(A), the language that states ", excluding any
40     amounts appropriated as additional support for class B and class C roads under Subsection
41     (10)," is repealed; and]
42          [(c) Subsection 72-2-108(10) is repealed.]
43          [(2) Section 72-3-113 is repealed January 1, 2020.]
44          [(3) Section 72-15-101 is repealed on March 31, 2018.]
