HB0008 - Repeal of Utah State Defense Force Act

State Impact:
Provisions of this bill repeal the part of the Utah Code Annotated that authorizes a Utah State Defense Force. Currently there are no appropriations or expenditures to support a Utah State Defense Force, therefore, repeal will have no impact on current budgets.
