HB0068 - Annual Leave Conversion for State Employees

State Impact:
Passage of this bill will not require additional State funds. However, since any costs would come out of existing budgets, potential impacts are estimated at $950,000. Of that amount, $516,300 would come from General Fund, $57,200 from Uniform School Fund, $69,100 from Transportation Funds, and the remaining $307,400 from assorted non-state funds.
Individual and Business Impact:
The total value of the fiscal note would flow to those State employees who would exercise their option to convert their unused annual leave.
