HB0096 - Mobile Home Park Residency Act Amendment

State Impact:
This bill appropriates $5,000 from the General Fund to the Private Property Ombudsman for costs of mediation and arbitration between a mobile home park owner and a resident. Any additional costs as a result of this new workload would be partially offset by the collection of approximately $1,700 in FY 2002 and $3,500 in subsequent years in fees, and from the current operating budget, if necessary.
