HB0121 - Mangement and Development of School Trust Lands

State Impact:
The required Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) can be established within existing budgets. The School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration collected revenues of $5.6 million from its surface land sales program in FY 2002. Until the MOU is established, it is impossible to predict its impact on these revenues.
Individual and Business Impact:
Individual buyers of land may be impacted by the terms of the MOU, but it is currently impossible to predict what the impact will be.
