Fiscal Note

HB0189 - Federal Government Acquistion of Real Property in the State

State Impact:
No significant fiscal impact unless a Special Session is needed to obtain legislative approval. Due to the constitutional note, this bill may require an appropriation to the Attorney General's Office to defend against lawsuits from the Federal Government, if and when the Federal Government files a lawsuit.
Individual and Business Impact:
No significant fiscal impact.
