HB0236 - Higher Education Classroom Costs in Underserved Areas

State Impact:
This bill appropriates one-time funding from the General Fund $293,000 to the State Board of Regents for the Utah State University for the continuing education programs at Brigham City, Moab, and Tooele for FY 2002. This funding is to cover facility lease and other operating costs at the three centers as follows: (1) Brigham City $125,000; (2) Moab $35,000; and (3) Tooele $133,000.
