State Impact:
Provisions of this bill can be implemented at no additional cost to the State. Local school districts may have minimal costs associated with materials provided in conjunction with instruction. Districts must identify and enlist the assistance of properly qualified and or certified personnel (as stipulated in the bill) to provide training on a volunteer basis. It is estimated that any such costs to local districts will be minimal and that provisions of this bill can be implemented with existing resources.
