Enforcement costs of this bill will cost local health departments approximately $60,000. Local health department funding is appropriated to the Department of Health, then passed-through to the local health departments.

Individual and Business Impact:
Businesses selling tobacco products to minors could be adversely impacted. The exact amount would be determined by the number of such businesses and the frequency with which they violated statutes.
