HB0273 - Education Protecting Funding Program

State Impact:
The bill appropriates $20 million in one-time Uniform School Funds and $20 million in ongoing Uniform School Funds for FY 2002. The funding will be appropriated to the "Growth in Student Population Restricted Account" (created by the bill) within the Uniform School Fund.
