State Impact:
No State or local government fiscal impact.
Individual and Business Impact:
There may be some additional expense to credit unions to gather and report specific information. The credit unions will be required to gather the information, but report it only on request. It is estimated that these expenses will be minimal and can be absorbed within the operating budgets of any credit union in Utah.
