HB0334 - Individual Income Tax and Corporate Franchise and Income Tax - Energy Saving Systems Credits

State Impact:
Passage of this bill extends an existing credit. Based on changes however, there would be a shift of the loss of revenue from the Uniform School Fund to the General Fund.
Individual and Business Impact:
Passage of this bill would allow those who currently claim energy savings income tax credits to continue to claim them. Maximum credits allowed would be $2,000.
