		Fiscal Note HB0370 - Hazardous Waste Amendments

State Impact:
Regulatory fees provided in the bill are estimated to be $1,057,800 in FY 2002. The bill also requires an annual fee of $2,000,000 to provide for perpetual care. The taxes authorized in the bill are estimated to be as much as $34,043,000 if waste disposal streams continue at present levels and all waste is taxed.
