State Impact:
Costs for annual correspondence, listing, and assistance responses to local law enforcement agencies would be minimal and can be accommodated within existing budget.
Individual and Business Impact:
Private parties from other states would have clearer direction as to their rights to carry guns in Utah. Utah residents would have a similar advantage as they traveled in other states.
