HCR007 - Resolutoin Regarding Transportation - Related Decisions on State Roads with Municipalities

State Impact:
The fiscal impact to enact this Resolution can be handled within existing budgets. If the Department of Transportation is required to follow provisions of the Resolution, it is estimated that between $770,000 and $1,740,000 could be added to annual expenditures for "permitting", project design and highway construction.
