HJR014s1 - Resolution Supporting Counties' Expansion of Correctional Facilities

State Impact:
Enactment of this Resolution can be handled within existing budgets.
Individual and Business Impact:
Local governments that contract with Corrections could benefit from those contracts to pay bond payments for new jails they construct. If the State terminates their contracts local citizens may be called on to help make bond payments through local taxes.
