SB0073 - Local Option Oil and Gas Severance Tax and Related Amendments

State Impact:
Passage of this bill could decrease the General Fund by $3,900,000 in FY 2003 and by $7,800,000 in FY 2004. By the time the bill is fully phased in in FY 2005 the General Fund loss could be $13,000,000. There would be corresponding increases in local revenues in each of the fiscal years.
