SB0102 - Middle Schools Exit Requirements

State Impact:
It is not known exaclty how many students would be retained each year. However, each retained student adds an additional year of funding. It is expected that the retained student would be accounted for in the fall enrollments of the school district and therefore, be funded through the Minimum School Program. In future years it is expected that there will be an increase in the Minimum School Program due to these retentions.

There is no impact.
