SB0117 - Guardian ad Litem Amendments

State Impact:
Passage of this bill would require an appropriation to the Guardian ad Litem Program in the amount of $411,800 to hire the staff necessary to implement the provisions of the bill statewide. There is a potential revenue increase of $30,000 annually. These funds would go into the Guardian Ad Litem Restricted Account.
