		Fiscal Note SB0142 - Personnel Management Act Revision

State Impact:
The bill's provision that moves the pay plan from 2.75% steps to 3% steps will move almost all employees to the closest higher 3% step at a cost of $12,900,000. Of that amount, $7,010,800 is General Fund, $776,700 is Uniform School Fund, $938,300 is Transportation Fund, and the remaining $4,174,200 is from other funds.
