SB0204 - Repeal of Licensing Alarm Response Runners

No significant fiscal impact due to the low number of applicants.
Individual and Business Impact:
This bill eliminates licensing for alarm response runners and will save the affected individuals the $40 licensing fee and the $20 renewal fee.
