SB0270 - Transportation Funding Amendments

State Impact:
No net fiscal impact. However, enactment of provisions of the bill restricts the use of transit tax revenues to Salt Lake County and expands use of those revenues to all state highways within the county. Provisions of the bill also allows use of those revenues to pay debt service and bond issuance costs related to highway projects.

No fiscal impact.
