SB0080 - Public-private Partnerships for Tollway Facilities

State Impact:
Provisions of the bill require the Department of Transportation to use outside consultants and counsel to assist with development of the rules required by the bill. That professional assistance is estimated to cost up to $690,000. The Department will use existing Transportation Funds to cover those expenditures and recover those costs through individual toll way projects. It is unknown at this time what future revenue will be realized by the State.
