HB0001 - State Agency and Higher Education Base Budget Appropriations

State Impact:
This bill appropriates $7,487,600,350 in FY 2008 for state agency and higher education base budgets. It includes base budget adjustments for Capital Improvements, Medicaid inflation, growth in Medicaid utilization, and Federal Medicaid Assistance Program (FMAP) rate changes. It also supplements FY 2007 appropriations by depositing $45,409,300 into the state's rainy day funds.
