HB0081 - Highway Jurisdictional Transfer
State Impact:
Enactment of this bill is estimated to cost $1,000 from the Transporation Fund in FY 2008 based on current Code 1 Maintenance proceedures practiced by the Department of Transportation for the first .27 miles of highway lanes added to UDOT's system. When the Mountain View Corridor is completed provisions of the bill are expected to cost $33,400 per year for an additional 7.04 lane miles of highway.
