HB0107 - Funding for Prosecution and Prevention of Child Pornography Offenses
State Impact:
Enactment of this bill will appropriate $273,250 and $1,000,000 of ongoing General Funds beginning with FY 2008 to the Attorney General and the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice respectively. The appropriations will be used for grants, personnel and other associated costs as stipulated in provisions of the bill.
