Enactment of this bill will not require additional appropriations.

Individual, Business and/or Local Impact:
Some counties will incur additional expenses in creating additional early voting polling places. An example would be Salt Lake County which would be required to have six additional locations estimated to cost $87,400 which include personnel, equipment, cost of locations and supplies .
