Enactmment of this bill would require a supplemental appropriation in FY 2007 of $121,200 from one-time General Fund revenue. $100,000 would go to the Department of Human Services to hire an independent consultant to analyze and review the request for proposals. State Purchasing would receive $21,200 for termporary staff dedicated to this procurement process.
