Enactment of this resolution will not require additional appropriations. Future appropriations will be required if the state contracts beds from the county.

Enactment of this resolution likely will not result in direct, measurable costs and/or benefits for individuals or businesses. If Garfield County issues bonds to build a corrrectional facility a fiscal impact will be realized by the county.
