HB0117 - Mechanical Contractor Licensing Provisions
State Impact:
Enactment of this bill will require an additional appropriation from the Commerce Service Fund of $97,000 in FY 2010 and $95,000 in FY 2011. The bill will generate sufficient revenue to cover it's cost plus additional revenue to the Commerce Service Fund bi-yearly ($739,500 in FY 2010). Commerce Service Fund surpluses are transferred to the General Fund.
