Counties that participate in the Indigent Inmate Trust Fund will benefit by paying only the amount necessary to bring the fund to the $1,000,000 cap, rather than having monies in excess of the cap go to the state's General Fund. Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable costs and/or benefits for businesses.
