HB1003 - Appropriations Adjustments Related to Federal Funds
State Impact:
This bill appropriates $102,266,700 for the use and support of state agencies for Fiscal Year 2009, and $44,682,200 for the use and support of state agencies and higher education institutions for Fiscal Year 2010. This bill also moves Education Fund appropriaitons of $94,381,800 from FY 2009 to FY 2010. The bill authorizes transfers from the Education Fund to the Uniform School Fund in both FY 2009 and FY 2010.
