Provisions of this bill will increase revenue by $9,500 per year to the General Fund Restricted - Pawnbroker and Secondhand Merchandise Operations Account.

Individual, Business and/or Local Impact:
Pawn and secondhand businesses that previously were exempted from participating in the state register will be required to participate and pay an annual fee of $250. Some Pawn and secondhand businesses may see increased costs from the requirement that all Section 13-32a-106 reports must be submitted electronically.
