HB0011 - Inmate Health Insurance Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill may alleviate some costs for the Department of Corrections in the future but these costs are not quantifiable at the present time.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill may result in some savings to local governments.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Enactment of this bill will require insurance companies to pay certain claims under policies that are currently in effect.
