State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will increase caseloads processed by the Courts. The Courts will require $53,400 of ongoing General Fund beginning in FY 2012 to meet the bill requirements.

Enactment of this bill will prohibit businesses from advertising and selling products containing cannabinoids and related paraphernalia to persons under nineteen years of age.
