SB0041 - Health Amendments for Legal Immigrant Children
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Beginning in FY 2014, this Legislation will cost the Department of Workforce Services $26,600 ongoing from the General Fund for 1.25 FTEs and the Department of Health $361,000 ongoing from the General Fund to pay for Medicaid and CHIP services. Beginning in FY 2014 the State will receive $1,467,700 federal matching funds for the $387,600 spent from the General Fund.
