SB0048 - Alzheimer's State Plan Task Force

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
This bill appropriates to the Utah House of Representatives $2,040, to the Utah State Senate $2,040, and to the Division of Aging and Adult Services in the Department of Human Services $20,920 one-time from the Alzheimer's State Plan Task Force Restricted Account for operation of the Alzheimer's State Plan Task Force beginning in FY 2011. The bill states that the provisions of the task force do not go into effect until at least $25,000 in the form of donations or grants has been deposited into the Alzheimer's State Plan Task Force Restricted Account.
