SB0081 - Alcoholic Beverage Control Act Sampling Amendments
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Department of Alchoholic Beverage Control $50,000 for 1.0 FTE to oversee the retail licensee sampling program. Revenue from fees for handling, labeling and storage of retail licensee samples should be set at a level that covers costs.
