State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Courts $54,300 ongoing from the General Fund beginning FY 2012. The bill will also cost the Department of Corrections $140,000 from the General Fund in FY 2012 and $280,000 ongoing from the General Fund in FY 2013 and each fiscal year thereafter. The bill will also cost the Board of Pardons and Parole $2,000 in FY 2012, and $4,000 in FY 2013, and each fiscal thereafter from the General Fund. The bill will generate $44,800 in General Fund revenue annually beginning FY 2012.

Enactment of this bill may cost county governments $99,000 annually beginning in FY 2012.
Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Enactment of this bill may cost an estimated 224 individuals approximately $200 each for a total annual increase in General Fund revenue of $44,800 beginning FY 2012.
