State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enacting this legislation will cost the Department of Health an estimated $131,600 ongoing from the General Fund and $6,900 from federal funds beginning in FY 2013. Costs are for 1.3 full-time equivalent employees to validate and compile health care associated infections information from hospitals and ambulatory surgical facilities.
