HB0057 - Age Difference in Sexual Offenses

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will result in ongoing court, incarceration, and supervision costs of $62,400 in FY 2013 and $122,400 in FY 2014 from the General Fund. Costs will increase each year until FY 2017 when ongoing costs from the General Fund will be $219,900. General Fund revenue collections from criminal penalties will be approximately $1000 annually for a net General Fund cost of $61,400 in FY 2013 and $121,400 in FY 2014.
