State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could cost the Department of Health an estimated $221,200 federal funds in FY 2012 and $73,700 federal funds in FY 2013 to develop the technical infrastructure of a public health Master Person Index. The Department of Health already has a grant to pay for these costs.
