Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable costs for local governments.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Businesses charging a higher co-pay to patients in rural areas could experience some loss in revenue. There will be a corresponding savings for those individuals currently paying the higher co-pay.
