HB0319 - Provision of Information to Parents of Children in State Custody

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of the bill will cost the Division of Child and Family Services in the Department of Human Services $1,500 ongoing from the General Fund and $200 ongoing from federal funds to print and mail pamphlets providing information to parents of children taken into state custody. The agency has indicated it can handle this cost within its existing appropriations.
