HB0483 - Land Exchange Distribution Account Amendments
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Provisions of this bill eliminate the appropriation of $1,000,000 from the General Fund Restricted - Land Exchange Distribution Account to the General Fund Restricted - Constitutional Defense Restricted Account. This funding currently goes to the Constitutional Defense Council. The bill will allocate all revenues to the Land Exchange Restricted Account through the formula as currently outlined in statute, which will increase the allocations to the recipients.
