SB0178S01 - Statewide Online Education Program Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill likely will not materially impact the state budget.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Local Education Agencies (LEAs) may experience lower payments per credit hour to online course providers based on the payment structure outlined in the bill.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Online course providers may experience lower payments from Local Education Agencies.
