State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill appropriates $2,000,000 from the General Fund one-time to the Mortgage and Financial Fraud Investigation and Prosectuion Restricted Account to create a Mortgage and Financial Fraud Investigation and Prosecution Unit in the Attorney General's Office.
