Agency: University of Utah Line Item: Center on Aging Function The Utah Center on Aging was authorized to be placed within the University of Utah with the passage of Senate Bill 26 during the 2007 General Session. The Center is authorized through July 1, 2009. The Center on Aging provides the executive director and support staff to the Commission on Aging. Statutory Authority The following statute applies to the Utah Commission on Aging in addition to the laws previously mentioned in Chapter II: - UCA 63-99 - Defines and outlines the duties of the Utah Commission on Aging.
