We clearly have an entire population that feels disenfranchised and who does not have the same American experience as others.

e need to fix that.

Good leaders will try to unite despite our differences. 

The most wonderful thing I saw when I was at KSL was when the Black Lives Matters group was going to protest. The local police department said, 'Why don't we make it a picnic?' They brought together the protesters and the police. It humanized the equation for everybody.

We need to be listeners first.
