Hello Representatives from the great state of Utah,

I pride myself on being a tax paying, law abiding American.  I recently fell into a major problem with the liquor laws of your great state of Utah.  Can you please take time today and read my blog, about my unfortunate situation that took place Saturday night January 10th.

I am sure your goal was to capture underage children drinking, which is a great service, but your laws have far too great a penalty for possessing something that is legal in all other states.  I enjoy tap beer and found a good deal in the state of Wyoming.  I figured I could purchase the beer and drive it to my residence in Texas.  The store has good prices and a selection of beer that was unavailable in my town.  Could you please look into repealing this crazy law, or at least informing law abiding Americans that keg possession is a class B misdemeanor with huge consequences.  A simple sign on the border would be nice.  I do not believe your laws intended to hurt people that have no intention of breaking laws.   Please help.

My Blog is here and I think it will explain what happened Saturday night.

Thank you for your time in advance,
